This statue is sculpted from paperclay and weighs about 15 kilo. She is 1 meter in height. The statue is not finished yet, I still have to sand some more and paint. I think I will stiffen the fabric and paint it in the same color. It supposed to be a garden statue but I'm not sure about that anymore. It would need a protecting layer so it would be weather resistant. But with the layer it will look a bit shiny and I don't know if I want that. And besides that, she looks nice in the bedroom corner ;-) |
